How to book staffSimply telephone our main number anytime : 020 8715 6392: as we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. When you telephone the Consultant, please tell them which part of the country you are calling from and simply provide the following details:
- your name and the organisation you represent
- the name of your ward or unit
- shifts you require assistance with
We will try to fill your position within 10 minutes, if not, we will keep you posted on the progress.
We aim to provide consistency with regards to the staff supplied.
Cancellation
Unless
in the case of an emergency the service can be cancelled at any time by
giving 24hours notice by telephone. (see our terms and conditions of
business).
