Position: Human Resources Associate

Working Hours: Full Time (09:00-17:00 Mon-Fri)

Office based:

Remuneration: £20,000- £23,000 per annum pro rata

Location: 179-181 Streatham Road, Mitcham, CR4 2AG

 

The Role 

Rainbow Medical Services (RMS) are a leading provider of specialist nursing and care to people in their own homes. Our clients have a variety of medical conditions that require nurse led services to avoid them being cared for in an institutional setting. Due to recent growth we are seeking to create a new and unique position within our Human Resources department. The HR Associate role will have special responsibility for attracting and processing new recruits. They will work closely with the clinical teams to determine the skills required from potential recruits. The HRA will also have responsibility for optimising the company branding, using social media, updating our web site and building relationships with external stakeholders such as local colleges. The role is office based at our offices in Mitcham. A full job description is available upon request

The Person

  • No prior HR experience is required
  • Experience and success in detailed administration (any sector) preferably with a creative flair
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Friendly and professional telephone manner
  • Experienced in the use of social media (all platforms)
  • Ambitious, competitive and target orientated to meet the RMS strategic plan
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
